Today we’re thrilled to share that London Studio has picked up a GamesIndustry.Biz Best Place to Work Award!

Our team are at the forefront of our studio strategy and we continually want to be better, listening to everyone’s feedback every step of the way in our journey.

The culture at London Studio is very much echoed in our studio values: Brave, Team-Spirited, Empowered, Inclusive, Curious and Balanced.

These values were built from the ground up by the team, rather than top down. They have the studio voice in them. That has been invaluable to making them stick and giving the team the power to also hold the leadership team accountable to them. We have developed a lot of trust over the last few years through this open and inclusive approach, and these values aren’t just words on paper for us. We all genuinely aspire to live by these every day, to the point that we also include them in our product decisions and framework.
