We’re looking for a talented recruiter to join our PlayStation Worldwide Studio team and help both Media Molecule and PlayStation London Studio continue to hire the best talent in the industry. You will be a company champion for both studios and serve as the direct point of contact for candidates, internal stakeholders and management. You will be directly controlling, influencing, impacting, and managing recruiting services. You’ll drive the end-to-end creative staffing process and ensure the best possible candidate experience throughout.

You’re an integral part of both studios’ success, as you’ll not only be identifying and acquiring the world’s best development talent, but also be living and breathing both studio’s brands and values to promote the studios and our amazing team members.
WHAT YOU WILL DO/RESPONSIBILITIES
Ownership of vacancies across the board, working closely with Hiring Managers and the two Studio HR Managers.
Assist in establishing recruiting requirements by studying organisation plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Identify and source top talent to help develop world class AAA Games
Day to day management of the in-house applicant tracking system, ensuring current roles are live and up to date, and all candidates are managed accordingly. Utilising the system to its full capacity by generating regular insightful reports for the Studio HR Managers
Arranging and facilitating interviews, including scheduling, performing phone screen s, working directly with candidates and hiring managers
Managing candidate offers, including negotiations from start to finish
Coordinate postings on job boards, print ads, our website, and other sources.
Attendance of relevant events/conferences to promote Worldwide studios as an employer of choice and source candidates. Creating a recruitment event calendar to support this activity
Understanding what external candidates think about us and provide this feedback to Studio HR Managers
Facilitate close working relationships with key educational establishments (colleges, universities, schools) to establish an apprentice, graduate and work placement programme across both London Studio and Media Molecule. Working closely with the Studio HR Managers to establish what roles are available, what the timelines are and what the recruitment process will be
Review the career portals and ensure both London Studio and Media Molecule are optimising the offering to external candidates on our websites, ensure that we are using the right materials to brand and attract people to roles; videos, career sheets, current employee profiles etc.
Assistance with recruitment, branding and retention related projects
WHO YOU ARE/QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience of hiring games professionals, ideally in-house within the creative industry
Creative industry experience is a must have
Solid understanding of each job function for which they are recruiting for
Provide high-touch candidate management, from conducting initial screenings through to providing timely and constructive feedback; ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
Ability to use online tools such as job boards, LinkedIn, etc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and experience with an applicant tracking system (GreenHouse is a plus)
Highly detail oriented
Great organisational skills
Previous experience recruiting within an AAA Games studio.
Passion for gaming and the industry
Knowledge of the video game, animation, visual effects related disciplines and industries
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, candidates, employees, and key stakeholders
