London Studio are building an upcoming PlayStation 5 online game from the ground up. We are also part of a wider network of PlayStation Studios and there are lots of opportunities for collaboration and wider support from our sister studios like Insomniac, Guerrilla, Naughty Dog and Media Molecule to name a few.
We're looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Technical Producer to work closely with our Technical Director, Product Directors and Team Leads to scope the requirements and then work with our technology, tools, and infrastructure teams to produce a schedule of work and delivery roadmap.
The role has a production and technical focus where you will be responsible for implementing and improving processes to deliver the features and technology needed for the project. This is an exciting opportunity to join our studio and to help make our great team even greater!

Help coordinate requirements for feature requests between technology and content teams.
Highlight risks and shortfalls in features and resources based on scope and priority.
Help to identify resource needs, based on schedule/roadmap data.
Coordinate and optimise the team’s workflow to ensure a simpler and clearer coordination and communication.
Handle day-to-day development issues; identify problems in advance and drive creative solutions to fix them.
Handle bug reports, priorities, etc.
Facilitate communication across the team; clearly communicate tasks and responsibilities.
Responsible for keeping the team up to date on decisions, rationales, issues, and concerns whilst encouraging team collaboration.
Knowledge / Experience
You can work autonomously but also know when to ask for help from Senior Production and your peers.
You collaborate with production peers to improve standard methodologies and process.
You are organised and detail focused.
You can identify risks early and build mitigation strategies.
Comfortable collaborating and presenting with a multidiscipline team.
You are currently a Technical Producer, Assistant (or Associate Producer) with a strong technical bias in the video games industry or a Technical Producer in a non-gaming role with an interest in game development.
You are already in a technical specialism but have experience and passion for project management.
You have knowledge of different production methodologies.
You are experienced in a range of software packages used in the organisation of projects.
We encourage you to bring your best-unaltered self to work! We know that what makes for a phenomenal team culture is our team showing up and being themselves, which means they own a part of the team spirit. What makes us great is that we accept our people and their differences. We hope you have a willingness to continue to build outstanding working environments for everyone and not just yourself.
